Pencoed Triathlon and Aim2Tri are pleased to announce the merger of their two great clubs.

Dragon Tri will focus on providing the best training and racing opportunities to our members.

Further the club will continue to host the Porthcawl Standard Distance and Tuska Sprint Triathlon events; key races within the Welsh Triathlon calendar.

Following discussions with Dragon Studios we have secured access to their closed road environment. Coached group rides will begin in Spring 2021 every Wednesday evening.

Sessions will be focused on bike handling, riding in groups (chain gang) and practising and perfecting swift, smart transitions.

The closed roads give our juniors and novice members the opportunity to gain experience and confidence in a safe controlled environment. Our experienced riders will also benefit from the opportunity to practice racing in groups.
